-
Two local centres, situated adjacent to primary schools and providing opportunities for nurseries, community amenities and smaller shop units
-
Improved traffic and road management scheme
-
Two primary schools, in addition to a possible nursery
-
A new health centre
-
Land will be allocated for new parkland, sports pitches, lakes and substantial green space
-
Walking distance from Lea Road Station
-
Accessible via Foxby Lane
-
Close proximity to Morrison’s supermarket
-
Adjacent to allocated employment land
-
Sensitive landscape provides impetus for
high quality development
